What is the difference between Solo, Business and Pro?
Solo is for one person or a small business: 1 number, access for 1 person and 1,500 messages per month. Business is for teams sharing the same WhatsApp: 1 number, access for your team, 5,000 messages and a panel with customers and a sales pipeline. Pro is for several branches or numbers: up to 5 numbers, 20,000 messages, performance reports and priority support.
Do I need a Meta business account or the official WhatsApp API?
No. The agent connects to your WhatsApp by scanning a QR code from your phone, just like WhatsApp Web. You keep your same number, with no Meta paperwork, no business verification and no paid message templates.
Does the agent make up answers?
